Corporate Planning Supervisor
- Produce and ensure all templates financial projection in process of SBP 5 years [Strategic Business Plan 5 years], ABP [Annual Business Plan], and MMR [Monthly Management Reports] is properly structured
- Communicate to subsidiaries properly all the kickoff and timetable documents and align all analysis within the planning cycle
- Assist on design BOD-BOC presentation completed in full scope of each planning cycle
- Able to do proper consolidation for Group Level analysis purposes in profitability and cash flows
- Coordinate properly within the team and relevant external parties in managing the alignment of information in the business plan
- Male/Female max. 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/Master Degree, Economics or equivalent
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have working experience at strategic planning consultant is an advantage
- Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Managers specializing in Financial planning
- Having good knowledge business planning, accounting cycles, budgeting, financial modelling and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Having good skill in Excel, PowerPoint & ERP system (SAPwill be an advantage)
- Fluent in English both oral and written

Job Description:

ERP Logistics Business Analyst
Job Description:
- To assist implementation/rollout, application support for Logistics Module and development of SAP ABAP RIEFW functional aspects
- To ensure proper SAP support and development to Business Unit requirements and in accordance with ICT SLA
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in SAP support or SAP implementation
- Has the experience/involved in minimum 1 full cycle SAP implementation or roll out of MM Module (including Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution) or has the experience in min. 1 year of supporting MM Module (including Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution)
- Have good knowledge in IT project life cycle/system development life cycle, business process design, capacity planning, trouble shoot and configure ERP applications – preferably SAP or material management

Job Description:
- Preparing journal daily reports (daily, weekly & monthly)
- Handle reconcile and maintain accounts in Account Receivables, Account Payables, Cash & Bank Statements
- Assist with monthly closings & adjustments journals
- Preparing and compose monthly financial statements & reports
- Responsible for making invoices, checking them, and releasing before the deadlines
- Administration of taxation
- Reporting SPM
- Preparing documentation during tax examinations
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Tax/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Accounting, Audit/Taxation or equivalent
- Brevet A/ B/ C certificate is advantageous
- Good understanding of finance and accounting system
- Knowledge of operating accounting software is a must
- Having good knowledge of the basics of taxation applicable in Indonesia
